We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Carpentry Apprentice to join one of our respected clients in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a rewarding career in carpentry while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects.
About the Position
In this role, you will work alongside experienced carpenters, developing practical skills and industry knowledge required to succeed as a qualified tradesperson. You will learn on the job while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
This apprenticeship is hosted by one of our industry partners, with Building Industry Training providing the training, assessment, and ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship.
Key Duties
Support carpenters with daily in office activities
Develop practical carpentry skills and techniques
Safely operate hand and power tools
Assist with measuring, cutting,
and assembling materials
Maintain a tidy and safe worksite
Adhere to workplace health and safety standards
Participate in all required training and coursework
About You
Keen interest in building and construction
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and committed
Able to work independently and within a team
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's licence and own transport
