About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you'll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support.
Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you'll be working across ourNeutral Bay & Balgowlahstores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility to work Part Time with a preference for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
This would support a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
The would be an prospect to work Saturday in the future, but this is also flexible.
We're offering a competitive salary of $87,000–$110,000 plus super.
Also the potential of an additional $8,000 for working Saturday.

Skills & Experience
In addition to yourQualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
