In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our holiday apartments.

This is acasual positionand offered on a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all guest rooms are presented with a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness with tasks including bed making, vacuuming, mopping floors etc
Stock and prepare housekeeping trolleys with chemicals and essentials as required




Report any damage or areas needing attention throughout the resort to the Executive Housekeeper
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently when requested
Who We're Looking For
Aconfident, service-focused professionalwho takes pride in creating standout guest experiences.
Previous experience cleaning in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded but not essential ason-the-job training will be provided.
Strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Must have theability to communicate effectivelywith guests and team members and understand workplace instructions and procedures.
Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Successful candidates must be reliable, flexible, accustomed to working to timelines, possess a positive attitude and be detail oriented.
Ability to work individuallyandin a team environment
