About The Role
Due to recent structural improvements and an internal promotion, a rare opportunity is available to join a team where you get to accelerate your skills with Qld's best SEO/GEO team.
You'll take ownership of SEO and GEO strategy across a portfolio of clients, working closely with our Head of SEO, the wider SEO team, and the broader performance marketing team.
You'll operate across both deep technical work and big-picture strategy, whilst diagnosing issues, building roadmaps aligned to business objectives, and helping clients navigate the changing dynamics of search with clarity and confidence.
This is a genuinely hands‐on role: you'll own client accounts with support and mentorship from one of the strongest-performing SEO/GEO teams in Australia.
This role can be based in either our Burleigh Heads or Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities
Own client strategy:develop and execute SEO and LLM visibility strategies with the primary goal of driving sustainable, high-performance acquisition and measurable commercial outcomes
Technical SEO: conduct detailed audits, diagnose technical issues, and work directly with clients and developers to implement solutions
Content workflow:



oversee content production for your clients, ensuring briefs are commercially aligned, technically accurate, and effectively executed
Measurement & insight: monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics, and translate data into clear, actionable insights and reporting
Competitive & market intelligence: conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and proactively share insights with clients and the wider team
GEO & emerging search:explore and apply AI tools and emerging search trends, and actively share what you're learning with clients and colleagues
Cross-channel integration: contribute to how SEO connects with paid media, web, and broader digital strategy
About You
2-4 years of hands‐on SEO experience, ideally agency‐side
A working understanding of how both search engines and LLMs surface and cite content
Strong grounding across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
Proven experience auditing websites and turning findings into meaningful, prioritised tactical plans
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data
Excellent communication.
You can make technical issues easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and common CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify) to collaborate effectively with developers
Comfortable with SEO tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
