Thomas Carr College is inviting applications from collaborative, innovative, and passionate Psychology teachers to join our College in ****. We are seeking educators who are committed to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to student learning and achievement, possess the expertise to teach Psychology across the secondary years, and have proven experience and capability in delivering VCE Psychology, supporting students to achieve excellence in their senior secondary studies through engaging, evidence-based teaching and a deep understanding of VCAA curriculum and assessment requirements.

The Role
This role is suited to aYear 12 VCE Psychologyteacher who has demonstrated success in supporting senior secondary students to achieve strong academic outcomes and who possesses a deep understanding of VCAA study designs,



assessment requirements, examination preparation, and effective instructional practices in the VCE classroom.
Teachers at Thomas Carr College are key members of the College contributing to a culture of high expectations, professional collaboration and continuous improvement. The Teacher is accountable for the effective implementation of College policies and is committed to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning workplace where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential. Central to the role is the responsibility to plan, collaborate and evaluate learning and teaching practices that promote academic growth, student engagement, wellbeing and the values of Catholic education.
Salary
In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement **** (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 – $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.
