St Francis Catholic Collegeis a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school seeking a passionate and committed person to join its growing team.
Known and respected for its learning and wellbeing programs, the College opened a new campus in Cobblebank in **** with an intake of 140 Year 7 students and will accommodate **** Year 7-12 students by ****.
Our Year 7-12 Melton West campus, with its exceptional facilities and secondary pathways, is the foundation upon which our recent campus will be modelled.

Drama, Media and English Teacher ****
The role focuses on creating a dynamic learning environment through diverse teaching strategies that meet individual learning needs and collaborating with colleagues to plan and evaluate the curriculum.
The candidate must stay informed about curriculum initiatives, recommend digital learning materials, and comply with state and national standards while ensuring accurate student attendance and monitoring progress.

The successful candidate will be expected to confidently teach all three methods.
Commencing January ****, this is a full-time, ongoing position.

Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills.
The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture
Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources.
Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.

Skills & Experience Required
Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College
Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes
An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
An eagerness to learn.

Special Requirements

Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration




Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
