Speech Pathologist (New Grad / Early Career) - Mobile Paediatric Role
Speak Free Speech Pathology is a small, supportive paediatric team based in Williams Landing, providing mobile and telehealth services to children across Melbourne's western suburbs.
We were founded on one simple belief:great therapy should never come at the cost of clinician wellbeing.
Our Director and Lead Speech Pathologist built this practice after experiencing burnout first-hand in traditional clinical settings.
Every part of this role has been designed so you don't have to go through the same thing.
What makes this role different
Up to 4 clients per day, with reduced client days each week for protected admin time
1:1 supervisionwith our Director, at a frequency that suits you
Structured 12-week inductionwith supported shadowing and a gradual caseload build
A workday that finishes on time, with work staying at work
What you'll get
$85K to $100K + super(depending on experience)
Shared fleet car for travel, or a 99c per km allowance if you use your own
$1,500 career development allowance plus 2 days of PD leave
Laptop, phone, and full access to our therapy resources

What you'll do
Assess and deliver therapy to children up to 12 across speech, language, literacy, and social communication, using astrengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach
Primarily support neurodivergent children, alongside children with intellectual disabilities and rare genetic conditions
Work across homes, kindergartens, schools, and telehealth throughout Melbourne's western suburbs
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and health professionals
Who we're looking for
Recent graduate, or up to 5 years post-qualification
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
SPA registered (or eligible) with full Australian working rights
Valid Working with Children Check, driver's licence, and access to a reliable car
Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and open to working in the NDIS space
Strong communicator who thrives working both independently and as part of a team
