Our client is an establishedclient-side project management consultancywith an outstanding reputation for delivering complex residential and accommodation developments across Sydney and wider NSW.
With a strong pipeline ofnew-build apartment, Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotel and mixed-use projects, they are looking to appoint an experiencedSenior Project Managerto join their growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As aSenior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the delivery of major residential and accommodation developments fromfeasibility through to completion.
Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead consultant teams, manage client relationships and drive project outcomes across every phase of the project lifecycle.
You'll be trusted tolead projects independently, mentor junior team members and play a key role in maintaining the consultancy's reputation for exceptional project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadnew-build apartment, Build-to-Rent and accommodationdevelopments.
Manage projects fromfeasibility, design and procurement through to construction and handover.
Act as theprimary client contactthroughout project delivery.
Coordinate consultants,



contractors and project stakeholders.
Managebudgets, programmes, procurement and project reporting.
Identify and manage project risks to achieve successful outcomes.
MentorProject Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
Support the Directors in maintainingbest-in-class project delivery.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experiencedclient-side Senior Project Managerwith a proven track record delivering major residential developments.
You will bring:
Exposure toBuild-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotels or mixed-useprojects.
Experience managing projects through theentire project lifecycle.
Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability.
The ability to confidently lead multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
Relevant tertiary qualifications inConstruction, Property, Engineering, Architectureor a related discipline.
