equipment and subcontractors for project worksEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and site requirementsMonitor productivity, quality and project progressInterpret drawings and ensure fabrication and installation meet specificationsAssist with project planning, estimating and tender input where requiredMentor and support tradespeople and apprenticesMaintain strong client relationships on site and represent GHS professionallyAbout YouYou are a hands-on leader with a strong trade background who enjoys guiding teams and delivering high-quality work.You will ideally have:Minimum 2 years supervisory or leading hand experienceStrong boilermaking / fabrication trade backgroundExperience working within mining, SMP, or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of safe systems of work and WHS requirementsAbility to read and interpret fabrication drawingsStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamRequirementsTrade Certificate – Boilermaker / FabricationConstruction Industry White CardCurrent National Police Clearance (within 12 months)Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testingWhy Join GHS Solutions?
