Position Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving VanHomes' sales and commercial objectives through effective sales leadership, pipeline management, customer engagement, and commercial reporting.
Working closely with the CEO and broader leadership team, the role supports revenue performance, team capability, and CRM and sales process management, while providing the CEO with support on marketing tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets set in consultation with the CEO, contributing directly to revenue outcomes
Lead and hold the sales team accountable to their collective revenue targets through coaching, performance monitoring, and support
Lead, coach, and support the sales team to maintain performance standards, accountability, and customer service outcomes
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, CRM discipline, and sales reporting to support commercial decision-making by the CEO
Support key sales opportunities and assist in implementing sales process and customer experience improvements in consultation with the CEO
Manage and maintain HubSpot as the core sales platform, ensuring accurate data, reporting integrity, and process compliance
Monitor pipeline health, lead flow, and conversion performance, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO
Support the CEO with marketing tasks as required
Provide the CEO with sales data, market insights, customer feedback,



and commercial observations to assist business planning and decision-making
Assist in aligning sales and operational activities with business priorities and support the implementation of approved growth initiatives and process improvements
Make day-to-day operational decisions to support sales and customer activities within approved frameworks
Escalate significant commercial, operational, or customer matters to the CEO as required
Selection Criteria
5+ years' experience in leadership, coaching, and team management
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
Strong capability in sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot (CRM management and reporting)
Highly data-driven, with strong commercial judgement
Experience in the manufactured homes or property-related industry
