What You'll Do
Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service.
Share product knowledge and introduce new collections.
Support sales targets through upselling and cross‐selling.
Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising.
Keep the store clean, organized, and customer‐ready.
Support deliveries, stock counts, and inventory accuracy.
Process transactions accurately through POS.
Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures.




Support product launches and peak trading periods.
Who You Are
Confident and customer‐focused communicator.
Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles.
Energetic in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
Reliable, positive, and composed during busy periods.
Quick learner with solid attention to detail.
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese highly regarded).
Availability Requirements (Important)
This is a permanent full‐time role.
Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts.
Store hours vary by location (generally 10am–9pm).
Rosters will be structured, either Sunday‐Thursday or Tuesday‐Saturday with two RDOs off together.
