BE Campbell is expanding our distribution team, and we have opportunities for MR Drivers, with the chance to progress!
Whether you're just starting out or an experienced driver, we welcome enthusiastic individuals and provide comprehensive training and support.
The role is Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Excellent communication and professional customer service skillsEnthusiastic attitude and willingness to learnEnsuring deliveries are on time to food service and retail customers across Sydney metro areaEnsuring all loads are safe, secure, and the truck is clean and maintainedAssist other team members, when necessary, to load their vehiclesEnsuring the truck is kept clean and tidy and maintained properly

About You
We are looking for motivated individuals with an impeccable driving history, who are organised, results-driven, and seeking a long-term opportunity.
Whether you are new to the industry or carry a range of experience, we are interested in hearing from you!
Key Skills and Requirements:
MR license (or willingness to obtain)Physically fit to lift heavy cartons or carry livestock (cartons approx. *****kg)Cross-check all freight against load sheetsLoad the truck in reverse order using the LIFO processGood knowledge of Sydney metro areaPrevious experience in the fresh food industry is a bonus
