As a multi-award-winning Queensland licensed club and part of the Cazalys Group, we operate multiple venues across the region and are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality to our members and guests.THE ROLE We're looking for a Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our Barassis team, working approximately ***** hours per week.AVAILABILITY REQUIRED Must be able to work nights/weekends and public holidays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and support restaurant staff during service periods.Lead and motivate a busy team, delegating tasks to keep service running smoothly.Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service.Handle customer enquiries, complaints,



and feedback in a skilled manner.Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and table management.Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with venue policies.Ensure dining areas remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSMinimum one year experience working in restaurant supervisory role .
Excellent customer service and communication skills.The ability to lead and support a team.A reliable, positive and hands-on approach.Current Qld Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.Professional presentation and a positive attitude.Screening QuestionsDo you have experience in a similar role?
