Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator – Join a Growing Electrical Switchboard Manufacturing Team
Are you organised, safety focused and confident in a warehouse environment?
We're seeking a Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator to keep our stock, workflow and dispatch operations running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in getting high‐quality electrical switchboards out the door on time.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate daily dispatches and book freight
Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure products are ready for transport
Receive and check incoming goods
Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and compliant
Maintain stock levels and support production with materials
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely
Work closely with workshop and admin teams to meet deadlines
You'll be outstanding in this role if you have:
Warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A forklift license
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Understanding of safe manual handling and WHS practices
Experience with ERP/job systems (bonus)




Experience in electrical or manufacturing industry (bonus)
This is a hands on role in a workshop and warehouse environment where safety, organisation and teamwork matter.
