We're partnering with an established and growing food manufacturer to recruit an experienced Quality Systems Lead.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the site's Quality Management System while working closely with Production, R&D; and Operations to drive continuous improvement.If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes and working across the business to strengthen quality systems, this could be the role you've been looking for.About the role Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality systems remain effective, compliant and fit for a growing manufacturing environment.Key responsibilitiesManaging and continually improving the Quality Management System (QMS)Leading internal audits and supporting external audit preparationManaging CAPAs,



NCRs and corrective actions to completionCoordinating supplier approval and ongoing supplier complianceInvestigating customer complaints and identifying preventative actionsWorking closely with Production to improve GMP and food safety complianceSupporting current product implementation and document control alongside the R&D; teamIdentifying opportunities to simplify, modernise and improve quality processesAbout YouExperience within food manufacturingStrong knowledge of BRCGS, GMP and quality management systemsExperience conducting internal audits and managing CAPAsStrong root cause analysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence people across the businessA continuous improvement mindset and a practical, hands‐on approachExperience with electronic quality management systems or ERP platforms will be highly regarded.What's on offer?
