The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
Strong experience providingLevel 2 technical support
Hands-on experience supportingWindows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise software
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize incidents and manage service requests in a rapid-paced environment
Experience documenting solutions, maintaining knowledge bases, and creating technical documentation
Experience usingServiceNowor similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills




Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 onsite technical support for staff and end users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and mobile device issues
Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and support records
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in enterprise or higher education environments is advantageous
Experience withServiceNowand ITIL best practices is highly desirable
