We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Horticulturists to join our teams on a permanent part-time basis (1–2 days per week) at our Swanbourne, O'Connor, and Forrestfield stores.

About the RoleAs a Horticulturist, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
You'll share your plant knowledge, assist customers with product recommendations, and help create an attractive and inspiring shopping workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and expert horticultural advice.
Recommend plants and products to meet customers' gardening needs.
Merchandise and maintain plant displays to a high standard.
Identify and assist with the management of common plant pests and diseases.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system (training provided).




Respond to customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
Undertake general nursery and garden centre duties, including cleaning, weeding, weed spraying, and pest control.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate II, III or IV in Horticulture (or an equivalent qualification).
A genuine passion for plants and horticulture.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Retail garden centre experience is highly regarded but not essential.
