Position Description
Run and manage a designated section during service
Deliver consistent, high-quality pub-style meals
Assist with prep planning, ordering, and stock rotation
Support junior chefs and apprentices during service
Maintain food safety,



hygiene, and WHS standards
Contribute to daily specials and seasonal menu updates
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service flow
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Experience in high-volume pub or bistro environments
Ability to manage busy service periods with consistency
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organisation
Team-focused attitude with clear communication skills
Trade qualifications preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
