The successful candidate will receive hands-on training from our Senior Paint Maker, who has over 25 years of experience in paint manufacturing.We are looking for the right person with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.About the RoleWorking as part of our production team, you will be responsible for safely manufacturing high-quality paint and coating products by following documented procedures and working closely with experienced team members.Your responsibilities will include:Manufacturing & ProductionAccurately measure, weigh and add raw materials according to batch sheets and manufacturing procedures.Operate manufacturing equipment including mixers, dispersers and other production machinery.Assist with blending, mixing and processing of paints, sealers and specialty coatings.Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality requirements.Complete production records and documentation accurately.Ensure batches are correctly identified and tracked throughout the manufacturing process.Maintain a clean,
