Job DescriptionGreen Wings Migration Pty Ltd t/as Green GIS International Pty Ltd T/A Txoko Brewing is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our professional kitchen team in the Swan Valley.
The successful candidate will prepare and cook a range of high-quality meals, with a strong focus on artisan pizza making, using fresh ingredients and maintaining consistently high food quality standards.
The Cook will assist with food preparation, quality control, stock management and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen while working collaboratively with the broader hospitality team.

Task & responsibilities Prepare, cook and present a variety of meals in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Prepare pizza dough from scratch, sauces and toppings, and cook pizzas using commercial pizza ovens.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portion sizes and presentation.
Assist with food preparation and kitchen organisation before and during service.
Monitor stock levels, rotate stock and minimise food wastage.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen in accordance with food safety and WHS requirements.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment,



utensils and work areas.
Work effectively as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Assist with receiving deliveries and storing food in accordance with food safety requirements.
Qualification & experience A relevant Certificate III Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (or equivalent) At least two years of relevant full-time experience as a Cook.
Demonstrated experience in pizza preparation, including dough making and operating commercial pizza ovens.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
