About the RoleWe are seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Workforce Australia team in Rockhampton.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support while promoting employment services within the community.
Working closely with the Employment Services Manager and broader team, you'll help create positive customer experiences and support the achievement of program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and front-of-house support.
Coordinate appointments, schedules and customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate records and gather evidence to meet compliance requirements.
Support achievement of contractual outcomes and KPIs.
Promote employment services through community engagement activities.
Build strong relationships with customers, employers and stakeholders.




Provide high-quality administrative support to the Employment Programs team.

Requirements
Current C Class Driver Licence.
Current Blue Card and Police Check (or ability to obtain one)
Ability to work respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
