Chef At Lady Lola Deli Bar Bistro, we are currently looking for a full-time experienced Chef to join our team.Responsibilities· Creating and planning specials and menus on regular basis;· Monitoring and managing stock levels;· Estimating food costs and managing the budget;· Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of secure sanitary food handling practices;· Monitoring the full process, from the preparation until the presentation of the food, observing and testing food to determine if it is cooked as needed;Requirements· Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
