About the RolesWorking across a variety of commercial and residential sites throughout the South West, you will be involved in all aspects of landscape and grounds maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing (ride-on and push mowers)
Edging, trimming, pruning and hedging
Weed control and fertilising
Garden and grounds maintenance
Planting and mulching
Turf installation and lawn repairs
Reticulation servicing and repairs
Safe operation of landscaping equipment and machinery
Maintaining clean, professional and safe worksites
Additional Responsibilities – Team Leader Position
Lead, organise and motivate a crew of 2–6 employees
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Coordinate daily work schedules and site requirements
Train and mentor team members




Complete site reports and communicate with management
Ensure all required equipment is taken to and returned from each job
Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance requirements
About YouEssential Requirements
Current C Class Driver's Licence
White Card
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work effectively within a team
WA Police Clearance
Team Leader Applicants Should Also Have
Previous landscape maintenance experience
Experience leading or supervising a team
Solid organisational and communication skills
Ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
Highly Regarded
WA Health Spray Licence
Traffic Management Accreditation
Reticulation experience
Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
