The OpportunityWe're seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Balcatta headquarters.
This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Executive Team and working closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of quality and compliance.
You'll be supported by a QA team member and play a key role in ISO ****, ISO *****, and NATA compliance, as well as business improvement projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesISO Compliance – Maintain ISO ****, ISO *****, and NATA standardsAuditing – Lead internal audits and support external onesIssue Management – Handle non-conformances and OFIsDocumentation – Manage QA records, updates, and reportsTeam Support – Mentor a QA team memberAwareness – Promote QA culture across the businessImprovement Projects – Support QA aspects of business initiativesStrategic Oversight – Guide accreditation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
Certificate IV/Diploma in Quality, Business, or equivalent experience
ISO **** Lead/Internal Auditor certification
3–5 years' experience with ISO ****
Strong background in document control and compliance
Experience with QA/QMS software platforms
Desirable
ISO ***** auditor training
Lean/Six Sigma credentials
Familiarity with SharePoint/Intranet and risk/incident tools
Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
