Job description
CGC are working in collaboration with a leading tier 2 commercial building head contractor & we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join on a $28m project located near Perth Airport.
This is a fantastic prospect to join a highly regarded team with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality projects across WA.
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Management of subcontractor procurement and letting packagesPreparation and administration of subcontract agreementsCost forecasting, budgeting and monthly reportingAssessment and processing of progress claims and variationsHead contract administration and client liaisonManaging RFIs, scopes of works and procurement schedulesSupporting the project team to ensure commercial objectives are achievedAssisting with project cashflow and financial performance reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Administrator within commercial constructionExperience delivering projects in the $20M+ rangeStrong understanding of contracts, procurement and cost managementAbility to work closely with site and client stakeholdersExcellent communication and organisational skillsStable employment history with reputable builders preferred
