We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Maintenance Officer to join our growing team in Maddington.

What You'll Do
Role Summary
Responsible for analysing, updating and maintaining the company's Information System – Driving business improvement, ensuring data integrity, and supporting accurate decision making throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
Data Cleansing & Maintenance: Correcting inaccuracies, removing duplicate entries, and auditing datasets for consistency.
Information Updates: Uploading supplier price files, updating supplier and customer card information, and general data lifecycle management.
Managing SQL Queries:



Working with management to define and create SQL queries that enable the updating of bulk data, as well as running pre-defined queries at set times.
What We're Looking For
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Self-Motivated: Good organisational and time management skills, the ability to work independently, as part of a team and have robust communication skills.
Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administration, or data maintenance is an advantage, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
