Job DescriptionThe Trustee for Red Rooster Halls Head Unit Trust
Determine the appropriate product mix, stock levels and customer service standards in line with business requirements.
Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, promotional and local marketing strategies.
Promote the restaurant's products and services to increase sales and strengthen local brand awareness.
Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information regarding menu items and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, purchases, sales and financial transactions.
Prepare and monitor operational budgets, labour costs and store expenditure.
Recruit, train, roster, supervise and support team members to maintain efficient store operations.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, hygiene and company policies.
Oversee the daily operations of the Red Rooster Halls Head restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve customer service, sales, productivity and operational KPIs.
Prepare staff rosters and manage shift coverage according to customer demand and operational needs.
Monitor food preparation, presentation and service to ensure compliance with Red Rooster quality standards.
Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate stock ordering, receiving, storage,



inventory counts and wastage control.
Implement local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to increase customer traffic.
Monitor sales and financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Supervise cash handling, daily reconciliations and end-of-day banking procedures.
Qualification and Skills - .
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a retail management, restaurant management or quick-service food environment.
Strong leadership, communication, customer service and organisational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and lead a team in a quick-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and hygiene requirements.
Experience in staff rostering, inventory control, budgeting and financial reporting.
Relevant qualifications in business, retail, hospitality or management will be highly regarded.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holiday
