HSE Advisor Tasmania | Full-Time Nichols Poultry is looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to help strengthen our safety culture across our farming, production and transport operations.

About the Role Reporting to the HSE Manager, you'll support site leaders and employees to identify risks, maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement across our safety management system.
Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
Manage hazards, incidents and injury reporting.
Support incident investigations and return-to-work processes.
Maintain risk registers and Secure Work Procedures.
Assist with Heavy Vehicle National Law compliance and contractor management.
Deliver toolbox talks and support consultation processes.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills.
Monitor HSE performance and support continuous improvement.




About You You'll have: Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
Minimum 3 years' HSE experience.
Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, logistics or transport (desirable).
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
