About The Role
CV Sheds is looking for a driven, tenacious Project Sales Consultant to join our team and help lead new business growth statewide and beyond.
This is a genuine hunter role.
You will be proactively identifying, pursuing and closing current business opportunities – building your pipeline and driving revenue across our Turnkey and mid-tier product ranges.
Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will work closely with the team, attend client site visits, and play a key role in our next stage of growth.
This is not an account management role.
We need someone who is hungry to find new business, build relationships from scratch, and deliver consistent results.
You will be joining a small, close-knit team – so being adaptable, accountable and willing to back yourself matters.
What You Will Be Doing
Proactively identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities across your territoryManaging the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closeBuilding your pipeline through referrals, networking and lead generationAttending client sites and advising on product options,



site requirements and practical solutionsUpselling and cross-selling across product ranges where appropriateRepresenting CV Sheds professionally in the field and in the officeConsistently hitting agreed KPIs – revenue targets, margin percentages and recent business acquisitionMaintaining accurate records, completing paperwork correctly and communicating clearly across the teamWorking closely with the Sales Manager and wider operations team
What we are looking for
Proven sales experience with a track record you can speak to in numbersA true hunter mentality – self-motivated, tenacious and proactive in generating new businessStrong relationship-building and communication skillsComfortable managing the full sales cycle independentlyPhysically capable and well-presented; comfortable on client sites in all conditionsAbility to advise clients on practical site requirements (footings, drainage, access considerations)A team player – ego-less, accountable, reliable with paperwork and follow-throughExperience in home improvement, construction or a related industry is a bonus – but not essential
