You'll be responsible for preparing authentic Indian curries, tandoor items, breads, and daily specials for dine-in and takeaway.
*Key Responsibilities:*- Cook a range of Indian dishes: curries, biryani, tandoor, naan, roti, starters- Prep ingredients, sauces, and spice mixes to maintain consistency- Manage stock, food safety,
