Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their Launceston team.

About the RoleWorking as part of the sales team, you'll be responsible for:
Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotations
Building solid customer relationships
Processing customer and supplier orders
Coordinating deliveries and sourcing products
Following up quotations and identifying sales opportunities
Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM information
Delivering outstanding customer service every day
The role focuses on developing customer relationships, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
About YouYou'll ideally have:
Experience in internal sales or customer service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and computer skills
A proactive, customer-first attitude
Experience in the steel, industrial or building products industry (advantageous but not essential)
