About the RoleAs our New Car Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will oversee the vehicle preparation process from arrival through to customer handover.
Working closely with the sales, service and parts teams, you'll ensure every vehicle is prepared accurately, efficiently, and ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all new vehicle pre-delivery activities and scheduling.
Liaise with Sales Consultants, Service, Parts, and Detail departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Monitor vehicle arrivals and track preparation progress.
Schedule pre-delivery inspections, accessory fitments, registrations, detailing, and fuel requirements.
Ensure all vehicles meet Toyota and dealership presentation standards.
Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate vehicle records.
Communicate delivery updates to internal teams and proactively resolve any delays.
Conduct final quality checks before customer delivery.




Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
Competent using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office (experience with TUNE or similar is advantageous but not essential).
Experienced in automotive administration, vehicle coordination, or dealership operations (preferred but not essential).
