About the Team

sales activity, by creating competitive offerings that package courses, scholarships and credit and providing efficient assessment and processing of applications for prospective learners.
This team is organised around segments/cohorts and focused on nurturing relationships with new, current, and returning learners?
as well as agents and pathway partners, both in Australia and overseas.
About the Role
The Senior Recruitment Officer supports the delivery of strategic student recruitment service for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework.
The position holder will support the Domestic Recruitment Manager in the planning and coordination of domestic student recruitment activity and manage prospective student leads.
The position holder will work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to coordinate domestic recruitment plans and achieve domestic recruitment targets for UTS.
If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the delivery of domestic recruitment activities and events aligned with course goals.
• Analysing data and trends to guide recruitment priorities and improvements.
• Representing UTS at events to promote courses and pathways.
• Developing and maintaining accurate recruitment content and materials.
• Collaborating across teams to support engagement and conversion.
With examples, please outline within your Cover Letter, how you meet the following key selection criteria:
1. Prior experience producing content for communication materials, including e-newsletters, digital and social platforms, and marketing brochures/guides.
2. Prior experience in delivering student recruitment events, a strong understanding of event planning principles, requirements and procedures
3. Experience and ability to use CRM systems or other relevant tools to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and to make data-driven decisions that drive conversion and enrolment.
4. Prior experience in stakeholder management and engagement, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Remuneration & Perks
Base Salary Range: $98,792 - $106,966 pa (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
