We are now seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Assistant General Manager!
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations as the second in charge.
The Betty's brand will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that we have become renowned for.As an Assistant General Manager, your role will involve;Maintaining restaurant presentation, cleanliness and maintenanceImproving guest satisfactionStock control and orderingBudgeting and food costingMaintaining efficient operating proceduresOpening / closing of restaurantStaff rostering, timesheets and staffing allocationsImplementing training programs, company policies and standard operating proceduresWhat are we looking for?
Exceptional customer service skillsProven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operationsExperience in engaging,
