This role will involve extensive client contact with senior members of public and private clients.
Drawing on your experience, you will advise clients across:
Employment contracts, awards and policies
Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights
OH&S; matters
Industrial action and disputes
The successful lawyer will have 3-8 years' PAE with exposure to a variety of ER/IR matters, with experience from a national / international or leading boutique firm.
You will be comfortable taking on extensive client contact and have the knowledge and confidence to run matters with autonomy, with the support of a collaborative team behind you.
