Orleans is an award-winning modern French restaurant in the heart of Maroochydore.
We're looking for experienced floor staff to join us for Friday and Saturday service.
This is a casual, weekend-only role.
We are not offering full-time hours.
The role
• Greeting and seating guests
• Describing our à la carte and set menus in detail, and making recommendations
• Taking orders, running food and beverage
• Maintaining the dining room to a fine-dine standard
• Processing payments and closing out bills
What we need
• Proven experience in a similar quality-focused venue — you should already know how to carry three plates, clear a table properly, and read a section without being told
• Fluent, confident spoken English.
You'll be describing French dishes, wine, and allergens to guests, so explicit communication is essential to the role
• Genuine attentiveness and composure under pressure
• Excellent presentation and hygiene
• Comfortable with POS and ordering systems
• RSA required
• Available Friday and Saturday evenings, every week!!!!
Only experienced waitstaff based on the Sunshine Coast will be considered.
