We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Electrician to join our growing Western Australian team.
This role offers a diverse mix of electrical maintenance, compliance services and general facilities maintenance across a portfolio of government and commercial sites throughout Perth and regional Western Australia.
Working autonomously and as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while providing outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and fault-finding.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance works.
• Conduct compliance inspections and testing activities.
• Complete Test & Tag and related electrical compliance tasks where qualified.
• Undertake minor building and handyman maintenance as required.
• Maintain accurate records through work order management systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential:
• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance or service-based electrical work
• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Robust troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian Citizenship (required for government-related clearances)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to regional and remote locations
Desirable:
• Test & Tag qualification
• First Aid Certificate
• Experience using maintenance management or work order systems
• Experience working within facilities maintenance environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
