Our 6–8-person maintenance team plays a vital role in keeping our park running smoothly — and we're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on people to join us.
Maintenance Supervisor (Full time)
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to take on a key leadership role within our maintenance team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting and working alongside Maintenance Management
Coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations across the park
Leading, mentoring, and supporting the maintenance team




Assisting with large-scale improvement projects (landscaping, lighting, solar, fire safety, etc.)
Liaising with trades and contractors
Ensuring high-quality work, safety, and efficiency standards
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance or trades or trade stores
Broad general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pools spas, landscaping.)
Hands-on, team-first approach with a focus on training others
Trade qualification desirable but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities while ensuring the team remains focused and productive
