Instrumentation: Anticipate the dentist's needs by efficiently passing instruments, managing moisture control (suctioning), and preparing materials (lutes, composites, impression materials) ahead of time.Patient Management: Prepare patients for treatment, ensure their comfort in the chair, and monitor their well-being throughout the procedure.2.
Infection Control & SterilizationSterilization Cycle: Decontaminate, clean, package, and sterilize dental instruments and handpieces according to local healthcare standards and guidelines.Surgery Turnaround: Strictly adhere to infection control protocols to wipe down, disinfect, and set up treatment rooms between patients to prevent cross-contamination.Compliance: Maintain accurate sterilization logs, monitor autoclave cycles,
