Dunes Beach Resort is preparing to open Perth's newest beachfront destination — a 38‐glamping tented coastal resort featuring Sandara, our signature modern Australian restaurant, an oceanfront kiosk/café, a lively alfresco bar, a nostalgic retro bar, and one of WA's most exciting new wedding and event venues.

Night Manager
About the Roles
Our Guest Service Associates are the face of the resort — welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring every stay feels effortless and memorable.
Our Night Managers oversee the resort during quiet hours, ensuring smooth overnight operations, managing late arrivals, maintaining guest safety, and completing essential end‐of‐day reporting.
This role requires confidence, independence, and strong leadership during after‐hours periods.
Both roles are essential to delivering the seamless, warm, and skilled service that defines Dunes Beach Resort.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Associate
Deliver warm, genuine check‐ins and check‐outs
Assist with luggage, room allocations, and key distribution
Provide accurate information on dining, transport, attractions, and resort facilities
Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism
Maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby and front desk environment
Process cash,



EFTPOS, and credit card transactions
Support daily front‐of‐house operations
Night Manager
Oversee all overnight front office operations
Manage late arrivals, early departures, and after‐hours guest enquiries
Complete nightly financial balancing and reconciliation
Review daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
Prepare end‐of‐day reports for management
Monitor property security, guest safety, and overnight activity
Ensure PMS systems roll over correctly for the next business day
Act as the senior decision‐maker on duty during overnight hours
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
Experience in front office, guest services, or night operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently (especially overnight)
Professional grooming and presentation
Physical ability to assist with luggage
Desirable
Experience with hotel PMS (Opera, RMS, etc.)
RSA certification (if assisting with welcome drinks)
First Aid or CPR certification
Resort or coastal hospitality experience
Leadership or supervisory experience (for Night Manager)
