We are looking for support workers who are based in or around South Adelaide, particularly those who can easily travel to Seaview Downs.Shift ScheduleMonday to Friday: School pick-up and support from approximately 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (some shifts may be extended until 8:00 PM)Saturdays & Public Holidays: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesSchool pick-up and safe transport (where required)Community access and social engagementAssistance with daily living and core supportsBuild a positive and supportive relationship with the participantFollow behaviour support strategies and promote participant independenceMaintain accurate progress notes and documentationEssential RequirementsPrevious experience supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans (BSP)
