Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for patients, supporting them from booking through to frame pick-up
Provide warm, high-end service while assisting with eyewear selection and optical dispensing support
Manage front-of-house tasks such as phones, appointments and health fund claiming
Support the optometrist with pre-testing and imaging as required (training provided)
Maintain accurate measurements, records and follow-through to a high standard
Contribute to merchandising,
frame presentation and day-to-day practice operations
Requirements
Must be available to work Saturdays (essential)
Australian citizenship (essential)
Optical dispensing experience or Certificate IV (advantage, not required); premium retail experience (min 1 year) required if no optical dispensing experience
Strong customer service and/or sales experience with a genuine interest in retail and fashion
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and patient experience
Proactive, growth-minded and eager to learn technical product knowledge
