Our client is a leading healthcare provider based NOR whom are an allied health practice dedicated to providing high quality, multi-disciplinary therapies in a professional & friendly environment.
Their dedicated team is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their patients & their families, offering personalized treatment plans & fostering a compassionate environment.
They currently have an amazing opportunity for a Practice Manager to join this fantastic team 4 full days a week (Monday - Thursday) on a permanent part time basis.
They are also open to what the 4 days are however Monday is a must and who doesn't want a long weekend every week?!? As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the practice, fostering a positive, supportive and friendly work environment.
Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of the organisation.
This role is based primarily at their main clinic, with regular oversight and support provided to a secondary practice.
As a hands-on Practice Manager position, the role is predominantly office-based to support the team and day-to-day operations.
Some work-from-home flexibility may be considered following the successful completion of probation, subject to business requirements.
Duties Include But Not Limited To: Upholding the fantastic reputation they have for providing outstanding care to clients Maintenance & implementation of policies & procedures to ensure both practices run smoothly & efficiently Ensuring the practices remains fully NDIS compliant Managing staff including onboarding & training of new team members; management of rosters, leave & coverage with the minimisation of overtime Accounts Management including payroll Cultivating a professional work environment that is friendly & service-focused whilst fostering staff recognition, trust & support Attending,



running & actively participating in all relevant team & management meetings Involvement in key decision making including financial & managerial Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication & service delivery skills Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar position within a healthcare setting Familiarity with Cliniko software or similar practice management systems well regarded Demonstrated experience with payroll & accounts management Experience with billing under the NDIS Price Guide, Medicare & private health funds Exceptionally organised with a can-do attitude & robust attention to detail Demonstrated ability to thrive in a busy environment, being both adaptable and a skilled multi-tasker, working well under pressure Intermediate with the MS Suite be "tech savvy" Experience with HR (recruiting, training and HR policy implementation) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Robust leadership and time management skills Accreditation experience would be highly regarded Possession (or ability to get) a valid Working With Children Check (WWC) as it is a requirement Have a positive disposition with a real desire to make a difference in the lives of clients & their families Please note that due to the nature of the organisation candidates will be required to hold permanent working rights and be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check if not already held.
