Full-Time Sales and Client Administration PositionA large wholesale nursery located approximately 50 km from Darwin is seeking a reliable and organised person to join our busy sales team.
This position would ideally suit a local resident.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties will include:
Answering telephone calls and assisting customers
Maintaining Bunnings profiles and processing sales orders
Processing customer invoices
Selecting & Allocation of plants on the nursery grounds
Preparing and printing plant labels
Entering and maintaining accurate computer records
Undertaking offsite duties each Monday morning
Assisting with other sales, administration and nursery duties as required
Applicants will need:
Good computer and data-entry skills
Strong communication and customer-service skills




Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The willingness and physical ability to work outdoors
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
The ability to work independently and follow directions from the Sales Manager
A adaptable attitude and willingness learn and assist in different areas of the nursery
A car allowance will be provided for approved work-related travel.
Training will be provided in our workplace computer program, plant labeling, plant selection and other nursery skills.
Previous nursery or horticultural experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
