Your roleYou will deliver high-quality Personal Training, create tailored programs and help clients remain accountable to their goals.
You will also proactively connect with members and establish yourself as a visible, approachable source of fitness expertise.
You do not need to begin with an existing client base.
You do need the willingness to start conversations, follow up consistently and provide a service people trust enough to recommend.
What you will bring
Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
Strong communication and community-building skills
Reliability, empathy and professionalism
