This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a busy venue, leads by example, and is just as comfortable behind the bar as they are running the floor.What you'll be doingLeading all front of house operations during serviceManaging and engaging the FOH teamDelivering exceptional customer experiences every shiftWorking confidently behind the bar, preparing quality cocktails and managing beverage serviceOpening and closing the venueManaging staff rosters and daily floor organisationTraining and developing team membersMonitoring service standards and maintaining a positive team cultureHandling customer feedback professionallyWorking closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth serviceStock control,
