The Opportunity As a Human Resources Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing our HR Strategy.
Reporting to the Executive Manager - HR, you'll support our team to deliver solutions that attract, retain, and develop our people while ensuring an inclusive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, including developing position descriptions, writing job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating and conducting interviews.
Attract, engage and build a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates to meet current and future workforce needs.
Deliver engaging group interviews and employee inductions and to ensure new hires feel supported from day one.
Ensure all probity checks and compliance documentation are obtained, including reference checks and right-to-work documentation.




Prepare and issue employment contracts and contract variations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Liaise closely with line managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and successful transition of new employees into their roles.
Maintain recruitment and HR systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practices.
About You To excel in this role, you'll need:
Experience in a similar position with high volume recruitment and coordinating/presenting inductions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience using HR Systems or Recruitment Platforms - Employment Hero highly desirable!
Bonus points for industry related experience, including knowledge of Child Safety and Disability Support!
Compliance Requirements
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willing to obtain.
Current Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening Check) or willing to obtain.
Current Licensed Care Service check (LCS) or willing to obtain (we can help with this)
Current valid Queensland Driver's License.
