About the role
As part of our continued investment in growing philanthropy and strengthening supporter relationships, we are creating a recent Donor Care Coordinator role.
The Donor Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional supporter experience across every touch point.
As the primary point of contact for donor enquiries, you'll provide warm, personalised and professional customer service while ensuring every interaction reflects the Women's & Children's Hospital Foundation's commitment to outstanding donor care.
Working collaboratively across fundraising, finance, marketing and database teams, you'll coordinate donor enquiries, stewardship and gift administration, helping to build lasting relationships with the community that supports the WCH Foundation.
Every interaction you have helps strengthen the connection between our supporters and their impact for children and families who rely on our Women's and Children's Hospital.
Whether you're thanking a first-time donor, helping a long-term supporter or ensuring a gift is processed accurately, your work will have a meaningful impact every day.
About you
You are a proactive,
organised and people-focused professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
You'll bring experience in customer service, fundraising, supporter care and administration, and enjoy using your excellent communication skills to build relationships.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for donor enquiries.
Coordinate donor acknowledgements, thank you communications and stewardship activities.
Support the processing of donations and regular giving transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate donor records and interactions within our CRM database.
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate timely, high-quality responses to supporter enquiries.
Support fundraising campaigns through donor administration, fulfilment and engagement activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of donor care processes and the overall supporter experience.
