Male Disability Support Worker – Personal Care (Canberra) – Multiple PositionsCapital Dignified CareWe are seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality in-home support to an NDIS participant in Canberra.About the RoleThis is a split-shift, ongoing position with two shifts available each day:Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (4 hours)Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (4 hours)Shifts run daily, and we're building a small team to share coverage across the week — so flexibility around available days is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal care support, including continence and bowel careManual handling and mobility assistanceMeal preparation and support with hydrationPositive, respectful engagement and companionship with the clientSupporting daily routines and community/home-based activitiesAccurate shift documentation and handover notesMust Have (Essential — Applications without these will not be considered)Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification (minimum Cert III)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (ACT)Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You")
