About the roleWe are busier than ever and searching for our next Superstar Team Leader, to join our rapidly expanding, innovative and award-winning Food & Beverage department.
Working in a fun and lively environment, The Team Leader looks after supporting the team in delivering quality guest service and delivering Med's food and beverage offerings, across the Bar and Restaurant.
With a fantastic team this is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to grow their career.

Your communication skills will be first class, and you'll adore interacting with our guests.
Naturally, your previous years as a Team Leader will come highly regarded, as will the following:
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a team leader
Knowledge and skills at a level adequate to train their staff
A sound 'all-round' beverage and cocktail knowledge
Advanced time management skills and ability to managing other competing priorities
Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to continue on building on our inclusive and supportive team
Excellent personal presentation and presence
Willingness and ability to exceed expectations
A passion for food, and beverage in a hospitality environment
